1. Overview

Welcome to GitLabPow. By creating an account and subscribing to any of our plans (Free, Pro, Premium, or Ultimate), you agree to these terms. Our platform provides specialized synchronization and AI-driven reporting for your GitHub and GitLab repositories.

2. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed recurrently (e.g., monthly) via our payment gateway (Stripe).
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your internal billing dashboard.
Standard cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access until that date.
We do not offer proportional refunds for partially used billing periods.

3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee & Right of Withdrawal

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions, provided the platform's paid features have not been utilized.

Definition of "Use" that voids the refund:

For Pro, Premium, and Ultimate Plans: Connecting your self-hosted GitLab instance and downloading/syncing repository data.
For Premium and Ultimate Plans: Utilizing the platform's AI credential to generate automated reports/summaries.

If you request a cancellation within 30 days and have not triggered any of the usage conditions above, your payment will be fully refunded, and your access will revert to the Free plan immediately. If usage conditions have been met, standard cancellation rules apply (no refund, access until end of billing cycle).

4. Data Privacy & Security

We only extract metadata (structural impact metrics) to validate your engineering velocity. No source code is exposed or stored permanently in a readable manner. Project names on public dashboards can be algorithmically obfuscated to comply with standard NDA agreements.

5. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Active users will be notified of any significant changes via their registered email address.
